Lets be honest, he could do serious damage to SK, but they haven’t demonstrated much competency in long range missiles.

Ballistic missiles are much more difficult targets than defense manufacturers will have you believe. If North Korea aims all 12 of their Musudans at Guam or Japan, even if half of them fail in flight, no missile defense system in the world will guarantee a clear sky. As evidenced in the Gulf War with Saddam’s crappy SCUD knockoffs, poorly built missiles are actually more difficult to intercept. Iraqi SCUDs often broke up during their terminal phase leaving their warheads intact. All of this debris acted at “chaff”, making Patriot Missile battery operators job very difficult.

Well I sure hope to god that our missile defense system has improved since... the Gulf War.
